Start a really weird band.

You can start combining their music genres. I like it when linkin park and JayZ make a song together ex. numb encore. harness it, Make a website for them (contact me if you want a cheap website) and start from there. Post around some music forums where you can potentially find some promoters.

That Linkin Park & Jay-Z mix was fire!
Some of my friends already have a rap group-Ghost Mafia. They already made a couple of demo cds.
When they mix with the singers (guys & girls) they make really hot tracks. I'll pitch the rock idea.
