Multimedia Website Business Venture, Partners Needed?

My business proposal is to provide a unique forum for multimedia entertainment through the website I've created. Already, I have already have registered for hosting, began programming for the website with flash, drawn out a business plan, and have taken survey amongst associates and classmates on campus at the University of Texas where I attend to measure the potential for the website.
