People who know won't tell you or else they have another competition. I'm sure there's many people in the same boat as you. Good luck :P

P.S. Let me know if you find a good, profitable product

One of the most, if not the most profitable product you can sell is information. and there is no better time than in the information age to sell information. This is what the internet is ALL about INFORMATION.

The reason why it is so profitable is because if you ahve an ebook, online audio, video etc you only need to make and produce it once and then you can download it as many times as you like for pretty much free.

If you know alot about almost any subject I bet there is someone else out there whio is willing to pay you for that information.

If you still need convincing check out clickbank.com and look at how much money they have paid out to their affiliates.

I have to agree with Stone on this one.

Regardless of the industry, everyone is looking for information about something. Whether it is football advice or how to make a four layer cake, information is key!

Physical products aren't going to necessarily always be in demand just because of the amount of choices consumers have to pick from. Unless you are selling a very unique product or you are getting them cheaper then the "wal-marts" and "costcos" of the world, chances are near to impossible to find a profitable industry on a small scale.

But information on the other hand will always be in demand. People always need to learn something new. The only problem now is deciding what information to sell!

I say look for goods that are neccessities. If something is a neccessity it is called inelastic which means people are willing to pay more for it than something that is elastic because they need the inelastic item. So stick to something everyone needs.

something that everyone needs and has to have, can be profitable as demand wont change much. Like what nick said.
