Been in the Mortgage Business in the 1990s

The business is very competitive I would say. I was in the industry for about 4 years back in the 1990's.

Since then much has changed, real estate companies and even own their own Mortgage Firms.

Just wondering how much research you have done on the subject, I think that mortgages will fall into the same path that "auto insurance" has gone. People can get real time quotes and buy on demand through esurance, Geico, and Progressive. This is (IMO) the next stage for the Mortgage Industry.

Let me know. Brian B-Morgan@Earthlink.net

Forgive me for putting this into this section and promoting myself, but I think everyone will enjoy this presentation.MMA VIDEO

United First Financial has developed a way to pay off a 30 year mortgage in as little as 8-12 years. No refinance, bi-weekly, or alteration to standard of living. What this does is shows you how to think about your money the way that banks think about your money.

It shows you how to use the banks money to apply more money to principal and maximize money performance. As you know with your schedule payments, of your first mortgage, you are paying mostly interest. This allows you to add more money to principal and cancell interest. I don't want to turn this into a shamless plug, even though it is, but feel free to watch the video and let me know what you think.

Also check out,http://www.squidoo.com/mmapays/ for more information.
