    More Money = More Problems?

Can money break a friendship in business? Why?

    Any experience?

Yes. Because greed overcomes any other feelings and people begin questioning whether or not their partner has earned their share.

No personal experience, I have a self rule to never be partners in a business. I choose to run everything myself.

There was a guy that posted maybe a week ago talking about how him and his partner run a design business and he does all (most) of the work and they still split revenues 50/50. It was really stressing him out and I'm sure he's not the only one who's been in that position.

I always think that it's good to work on your own. If you have someone you are working with, subcontract them. If you are dealing with money like loans and such, pay it back as a loan with interest instead of splitting revenues.

    That's my opinion on things.

more money equals more problems, but its better to have those problems then the problems that come with NO money......its a different issue when money starts rolling in and people catch feelings. yes there are road blocks but this is just the part of doing business.

lets just say it is a problem you could live with

Not really. I see more money creating a "different" set of problems, but not necessarily "more."

More responsibility? Yes. More stress? Perhaps.

With regard to the money and friendship issue posed by the OP, yes money gets in the way of friendships in the workplace all the time. Someone related that to partnerships which, like most marriages, fail.

Hi, it's very naturally thing in business. If money can break our friendship then it can also make other good friends. So money is not bad any how. I know money have lots of problems but if we want to earn money then we have to ignore all problems. Money is not everything but it also not less than everything.

    Thanks!
