    More Moderators

All of us have noticed the digusting about of spam on this website as I had posted in an earlier thread and that is why I am reccomending that we get more moderators to control and delete all of it. We also need to develop a strict spam policy that covers what is spam and what isnt. Please, if you would like, comment on this issue or reccomend a new moderator.
    Thanks~

I would also like to see a few more moderators around. Stealthy can't do this all by himself .

I started a thread on this in the lounge area. The key is a forum upgrade. They are exploiting a hole and using automated spam bots. An upgrade will cure most of it.

Secondly, part of the key to successful moderation is having members pitch in - if you see spam, report the post!

I think we need to have a criteria for moderators. They need to have a good long repuatation. Not to be mean, but we need to have mods that have more than 6 posts.

Post count shouldn't be a requirement. I actually used to have 80 posts but deleted them when I left for a little hiatus a little while ago. I had decided my presence wasn't appreciated here. I actually got cussed out by akula for asking a simple question. The guy has over 4,000 posts...but he would make a terrible moderator.

I actually run my own forum (administrator). We have 60 members now (just started it this month), and Alexa rank is at 400k, quickly climbing. I know how to use vBulletin in and out. I think I could make a pretty good, objective moderator.

I think why don't this forum have some kind of system or set of rules like :

    1. To post any new thread need to have 25 posts.
    2. All new thread need to be manually approved..

something like that.. i don't really thing having more moderators really solve the spam problems

The youngentrepreneur admin's have recently added more moderators to the lineup such as Akula, SendBlast etc

You can see who are the moderators here: http://www.youngentrepreneur.com/forum/showgroups.php

Like we have mentioned before again and again and i even made a post on all sections about it called "Report Dont Post" if you don't report the threads/posts it doesnt matter how many moderators we have they wont be effective without your help of reporting these spam posts.
