Hey guys,

Just wanted to clarify some points with moneybookers, I had always used paypal to pay contractors offshore. But recently, one of my contractors don't use paypal so I was thinking of using Moneybookers based on feedbacks, I know the transer fees are pretty cheap. These are usually small payments from $10 - $40 each time. So for an example if I were to transfer $10 to the contractor's account, it would be:

Transfer Fee: 0.29CAD - Canadian Dollar
Total Payable: 10.29CAD - Canadian Dollar
Received amount : 7.63CAD - Canadian Dollar

Was wondering how does the 7.63 amount work? I know its the conversion of cdn > euros but if I were to not convert the amount and left it in cdn $ into their bank account. How would this work?

Also I know that for them to withdraw cash to their bank account it would be 1.80 euros which is about 2.36 cdn. With such small amount, do you guys know any other online payment companies I can use? I know money gram is $5 for a $10 transfer, and my TD online interac wouldn't work if its offshore.

Please advise, thanks!
