money before/money after problem
Our production company is branching out and becoming an ad agency for local businesses. I'm assuming we need some kind of contract for customers to sign considering there's an agreement for payment over $15,000 in exchange for work on an ad. What do I need and where can I get it (preferably without having to fork over a ton of money for a lawyer)?

The basic problem is that we can't afford to have them pay the money after we make the ad and buy the airtime, that's a lot of money. We'd need at least the vast majority of the money before buying airtime. But, of course, businesses will be leery of forking over that much money without some guarantee. We can make the ad before payment, but not buy the airtime. What would be the best way around this problem? Thank you so much!!!
