I would avoid partnerships as much as possible. Try and employ him and give him a good salary but never give anyone the opportunity to sue you over rights to your company.

I agree with this post. Do you have the financial ability to hire more administrative help? Many small businesses fail because the owner tries to do everything themselves. I've looked at your website and it appears you have a decent amount of models to work with. You have to ask yourself if you are ready to start hiring a staff. If you can afford a $10-$15 an hour administrative assistant I think that would be a much better option then bringing in a partner.
As other posters have said... its hard to offer advice on selling your company with out looking at your financials.
