Usually in the morning I see this elderly man driving a similar truck as the one seen here.

http://www.limeads.com/

However, his truck is privetly own and operated.

I have taken quite an interest in the business, any suggestions on improving this business?

It's a good little company for sure.... Maybe go to sporting / entertainment events with it and give out free samples of the products being advertised? People always love free stuff!

Flat Panel Display Instead of Rolling Sheets

One way to improve on what they're doing is to find/create flat panel displays rugged enough for the outdoors, protected enough from bumps by other drivers yet still viewable day and night. One of the limitations and costs to the ones that Limeads is pitching is that they are on rolling sheets. That means production costs for a roll, can't change messages without changing the whole roll, etc. A way more efficient and profitable method would be using electronic displays.
