Mobile welding buisness getting customers biding on jobs etc. question

I own a certified welding buisness that specializes in equipment repair and general fabrication. Recently i have signed up with the local yellow pages covering 9 major cities (will come out in 1.5 mounths), and i advertise on a few local agriculture websites and on a few free buy, sell and trade websites. In the past this would work very well but now where i live its a known fact that mobile welders with there own rigs have slow buisness, i was wondering if theres some tried and true tricks in advertising that im missing or if i should bid on larger jobs and if so how do i go about doing this, thanks in advance!!

I think, you pretty much got it covered. You may want to try Adwords and do local advertisement through them.

However, you are only going local, then doing mail advertisements is still game.

Yes, Adwords is Google's Advertising platform. You would be placing a hyper targeted local ad similar to the ones to the right of this post!
