Mobile Home Mortgage Lender in California

I own a Mobile Home in California and am looking for a mortgage lender to help me establish a small business. Is there any company which facilitates a loan against Mobile Homes? I need help from you!

Very few mobile home lenders out there. National City is one of them.

Does it have to be a mortgage loan? Why dont you try and small biz loan from a bank?

Because in the present situation, is a bank willing to loan the money? That's how bankers look at it. At least with collateral you have something to put up against the loan.

Also mortgages tend to have lower rates, and the interest is tax deductible. I am not sure if that holds true in the instance of a mortgage on a manufactured home but if it does it's the best way to go.

Well none of us know his/her present situation, I dont assume until I know the facts. His original post did not mention his/her present situation. Obviously its good to have collateral backing a loan, but that still doesnt mean a small business loan is out of reach
