There is none. Or not that I know of. Your parents will just have to sign for you for some stuff.

The only thing required to have a business is a customer. Everything else are easily surmountable details.

There is none, you may need to be 18 to file for a business license, but other then that nope. No degrees or anything needed.

Definitely no age requirement. Our office has several young entrepreneurs. Parental signatures are required on some occasions.
