    Middle Man

    HOME - Middleman

Here's a little idea I had, and have started.

What do you think? This is merely a little project and not a massive business I want to start.

I would obviously get a proper domain name and link it to social media etc.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    Just checked your website out.

I have way too many questions and I don't see a FAQ anywhere, examples, or anything like that.

Think of how your customer will view it.

I really have no idea when I go on the website what I'm suppose to do. I suggest you use a wufoo form for a quote.

    Hey gav,

I checked out your site and here's one big problem I noticed

You don't provide any reason for the customer to trust you. If I'm going to be sending you stuff I own then I want to know that you are trustworthy and experienced.

On your site you say that you have lots of experience with eBay and selling over the internet. Linking to your eBay account so the customer could view your feedback would definitely help with proving that you are legitimate.

You mentioned linking it to social media and that would also help create trust between you and any potential customers.

    Good luck with your business!

Trust is important. As soon as the customer enters your site, your site should answer the customer's primary question and that is:

"Can I trust the information presented here?"
