I am in the process of making my business plan for an MEP firm. I've worked at one for years doing design, but never actually looked at the financial side. I'm wondering how most transactions are made between the firm and Architects. How do most firms sends receive such large amounts of money? Are checks sent via snail-mail, made via the internet, etc?
