I am considering starting a Medical Staffing Agency. I see all these ads for "comprehensive" guides to buy to help you start. I am just wondering if anyone knows how I bill clients? How do I determine the rates I charge. My company will mainly specialize in Nurses. (R.N.s, L.P.N.s, etc) I mean lets say an R.N. averages $30 an hour at a small clinic. Of course they receive a benefit package and all that. Would I charge the same clinic, say $40 an hour, since they do not have to pay the extra costs associated with benefits?
