    Media website vs Finance website

I have two ideas I am trying to argue between...

this first would be a media website...I would start off by offering flash games, youtube videos, and funny pics...maybe a blogish type thing

the second one would be finance website...I would write stock market recomendations and news and what my feeling is for the market...

I don't want to spend a lot of time but I want a site that can go places
If I were to sell what would get me the better money...lets say I get its alexa to 1 million or so...which site will sell for higher

the other question is which site is easier to get it to onemillion!!
