    Mall Kiosk - Need info

    Hi all,

I am new to the forum and new to starting my own business. I am researching to find out first if I will be able to start the Mall Kiosk and how much capital would I need.

How much is average rent per month, can you lease it short term like 2- 6 months or does it have to be longer.

Who do you go and talk to about renting these kiosk. Does everyone make profits on these?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Hi Sid,

Mall Kiosk leases will be entirely dependent on which mall / company / property owner you are leasing the Kiosk from. It will also depend on factors such as Kiosk size, traffic location, special needs (i.e. working water etc., extra power). The mall business is getting more difficult so be careful before jumping into anything major. What type products will you be selling and where will you be located? With these two key pieces of info I am sure the community could a lot more helpful advice. Best of luck in whatever business you decide to start. Do you have all your other business needs lined up for this project?

To start a mall kiosk, budget control is extreamly important. A lot of people buy mall kiosk furniture from China. I'm manufacturer of store showcase and mall kiosk in China. I could provide competitive price with good quality.
