    Making weather service OFFICIAL

I am ready to gather the many different occupations that live off OWS. The ones that rely on our services from truckers, to construction workers, and firefighters. These people have emailed me, willing to attend a State or County wide (whatever it takes) conference to get OWS maps, models, and forecast in the OFFICIAL STATE CATEGORY.

I am asking anyone with the knowledge. How can I bring this to the State or County. I want to set up a meeting about what the OWS has done. Various speakers have volunteered to speak about their experience with OWS and how it should be put into the official system regardless.

What are some of the better ways of approaching this? I really want to address this issue. OWS is a lifesaver, and many, even in the local Mountains depend on this as their official source. Now to get it where it should be, I have a major plan if we can get the Government's help.

    The website is
"Built for the people, by requests"
