I've been lurking around here as a guest for a bit and I have my first question.
I have worked as a software / web developer for around 10 years and have also worked on a few independent games in the past. I have a skill set that allows me to develop my own simple Flash or Java games and I wish to some how turn this into money. I have heard of Mochi Ads and I know how it embeds into the actual flash game, etc.

I have no clue when it comes to business and I want to know your thoughts and what you think about my idea of developing games about certain popular topics and trying to distribute them in a viral sort of form. I mean I wish to have my game used on any site that anyone wants to use it on. I would still get some cash from the embedded ads and they get money from whatever ads they are running on their site. It's a win win right? I am just curious if they actually makes a decent amount of money with the proper work or if it is a bit too late to get into this. I want to know from your viewpoints, just what you think of this idea.

Thanks guys for any help, I am totally new to business but I have too many skills to just keep working for someone and doing it all for them while they make all the cash. There has to be some way I can start building enough money to not worry about that.
