    Unhappy Major Disapointment..

Well YE, I have to say, I'm fairly disappointed with the amount of scams here, it seems to me like all it is here is scams. I wonder if anybody has made a good business deal or found a partner at all on this site, I liked it very much a long time ago but I feel like it may be going downhill, anyway I just wanted to express my disappointment, wondering if anybody agrees with me?

Well, your BS meter has to be calibrated appropriately. It's easy for me to skim over the scams and get to the good stuff. I've met plenty of good people on here, who have become business associates as well. Keep away from the scams, the 'quick money' and simply learn and enjoy the discussions.

I think any forum is really a place to discuss ideas and brainstorm concepts. This at times leads you to know someone better and then just maybe you can work as associates on a project or get to making a good deal. If you start looking to make a deal straight away then I think you will end up in a scam because scammers are the only ones who want to make a deal to start with because they don't intend to honor their deals at all.

Sorry, I was banned for the night, not sure why, I think it was because of an intense argument with someone who wasted my time, and "scammed" me persay. Anyway, I have not found anything or anyone helpful here, not to say everyone I have contacted are scammers, just a lot of people exaggerate their assets, but I guess to say the truth, who doesn't.

Found a couple business partners here. Just have to know what you're looking for. How to weed them out.

Yeah I don't disagree, I must admit my original post was a tad harsh, but I do still feel that the majority of people on YE are scammers and I believe YE needs to hire someone to help weed them out even more then moderators do.

One will be surprised by the number of scams even in the real world. Finding partners whether it be online or offline is a challenging proposition. It requires one to have a solid filtering process and really know what they are looking for.

I am relatively new to this forum. However my experience online has been quite similar. Lots of people out there attempting to get you into quick rick schemes that they themselves may have been scammed into. On the other hand like a lot of the prior posters I have found a lot of good contacts as well.

Guess one needs to take the good and the bad in the stride and keeping focused on their objectives.

I have made three partners off of here.. one is now one of my most profitable affiliates. There are deals to be done every where... just like there are scams everywhere... do yourself a favor and look at every deal as if the other person is trying to scam you. They you'll alway be on the look out...

There are scams all over the internet, not just here. For every 1 legit person there are 100 people looking to scam you....That's business. And if you can fall so quickly for a scam, then maybe your not ready for real business....you've got to fall a few times before your ready to stand. Rarely is the first thing you try going to make you rich...or the last..lol....but it does take a few tries to get somewhere...you won't take off running right from the start. Just be careful....suspicious of everyone....always! In business always! Very rarely is anyone looking out for you...they are there for themselves...as long as you know that ahead of time you should be ok.

I too at first had felt complete dispare when dealing with others online. I try my best to run a completely honest business and when we receive fraudlent activities from affiliates we've supported for some time, I wonder where all our morals have gone? The internet allows certian individuals to show their true colors online. People like to push the envelope and see how far they can go before getting caught. It's very hard to get a true sense of someone's character online as there is no real interaction. At least face to face you can read someones body language. Even on YE I'm trying to make true connections with people and getting out the word out on my business, but when I go back an read my message I ask myself "do I sound just like every other coniving schmuck online trying to get exposure"? Unfortunately I feel like the answer is yes because we're only limited by words and no one can get a true sense of character unless they meet face to face. So maybe the answer would be to create a better business relationship by physically meeting the individual as it would be harder for the other party to exagerate or outright lie when there is someone staring them in the eyes.
