Does anyone have any experience in this area? Either printed mag or E-mag. Just wondering of the success rates and outto go about start up.

There's a few in my city. The success rate is huge actually. If you make it interesting and just spam the city with em you can make some big cash.

Whats the start up costs and how exactley you makethe big cash? It cant be right away can it?

Get people to advertise in it. You just have to get out about 10k copies of it around your city. Get specific locations that will agree to let you put the mag in it. If you get atleast 100 locations to host your mag you can easily get people to advertise in it. About the start-up costs, I have no clue. Google print shops online and see.
