Yes, I was the co-founder of a PRINT magazine in the mid 90s called Angel Times. We went through six issues before having to fold due to: 1. lack of money and 2 and most importantly the "angel craze" had peaked!
Hey, if you are looking to start a e-magazine I think that you could test the market with it and then see if it would fly. I'm looking at a new sports related e-magazine myself.
