I am the principle owner of a new Themed Restaurant being built in one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. The development in the area and the influx of foreign investors have taken this small town to international noteriety. The future projections for air and land travel to the area have been increasing exponentially and the tourism from incoming cruise ships(which averages 1 ship per day; sometimes having as many as 4 ships in port at the same time) can sustain this towns economic growth on their own. My partner and I have obtained a AAA location that will provide our restaurant with foot traffic ranging from 8,000-15,000 people PER DAY. These numbers do not include the 2500+ hotel rooms whose only access to town passes directly in front of the plaza in which we are located.

Some characteristics of the location include the only rooftop bar/lounge in town; Multi-level restaurant seating; unobstructed 180 degree views of one of the most beautiful marinas in the world; direct access to restaurant level of plaza via elevator from marina.

One of our larger planned profit streams is the sale of our very own branded tequila which is being blended by the same tequila factory who makes Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo tequila(partners uncle owns the factory). Obviously with the right marketing the tequila could see huge success in multiple countries. Also we have our own branded salsa that we will also be selling from our location and again possibly nationwide with the right publicity. In addition to these streams of income we will be selling merchandise showing our brand name with quirky messeges as well as where the shirt came from(town), which when all paired together have shown tremendous success in other themed restaurants around the globe. Some have ended up with their own clothing line.

We have initial funding and are searching for 2nd stage capital to complete our start-up. We have architectural designs and are currently selecting the interior designer. We have a noted Executive Chef from Arizona relocating to the area. Our capital needs at this point are an additional $400,000 via a single or multiple investors. We are willing to pay an extremly generous return of 12-18% depending on level of investment. Length of term will be negotiated with each individual investor. We are also willing to pay a finders fee to those who connect us with investors after funding of investment has been completed. For those who would rather benefit more in the long run when we expand the brand we are keeping the option open of issuing equity in the corporation so any investors would get their fair share of the profits.

Im sure you are all wondering where this location could be. As much as I would like to write the location in this decription, I have quickly found out how small the world truly is and I regretfully cannot divulge that information without the proper non-disclosure/non-compete agreements executed.
