Ltd company question?

Can a ltd company be initially say for the 1st year run from home? I am in the process of setting up a Property Management & Development company, has any one got any advice as to if I should operate as a sole proprietor or as a ltd company?

Its really up to what you feel would make your company bigger. You also have to think about what government issues may come into play, and the hardest thing of all (God knows it was created to put hell on earth) - none other then the wonderful world of taxes... either way, do like I always say... weigh your options and the rest will fall into place.
