Looking to start up an rx affiliate?

I have pharmacy fufillment in the united states, completely legal, for schedule 3, 4, and 5 drugs. Doctors and Pharmacists with licenses working on commision (they get paid per prescription they write / prescription they fill).

Schedule 3 pain relievers we will control at, and not abuse the use of them. Which means, i don't want to be a pharmacy running 99% pain medications and nothing else.

I am looking for a partner in this who can invest time, thought, as well as design, servers, and banking with in the united states. (merchant account, payouts, etc.). I am in canada so it is a little harder for me to maintain the actual heart of the operation. However, i have both primary and secondary doctors and pharmacists oncall to fufill.
