I am currently working on trying to start a new senior care facility in my area, NOT a nursing home, but rather an assisted living facility for mostly self sufficient seniors who are looking to maintain there independence while having the necessary aid needed live comfortably. I found the land I wish to build upon, came up with rough estimates on costs as well as profit margins concerning staff, utilities, meal plans, maintenance, and the fees to be charged for the services provided. I have also begun spreading word about my plans and have several interested investors as well as potential residents, but rather than giving up large interests in my business I am hoping to find help working up a solid business plan and advice on the steps to getting business loan.
