Looking to Sell PR3 Social News Community Blogger Den

I'm looking to sell off my social networking website Blogger Den. More specifically it is a social news sharing community for bloggers/web designers. I have had it on since January of 2010, so about 1 1/2 years now total. It ranks at PR3 and for June pulled in over 100k pageviews. I have added Analytics screenshots below, can send you more upon request.

Along with the website you will also get a Blogger Den Twitter account @bloggerden with over 600 followers. Also our Google Buzz page with over 1200 followers which auto-updates to include the latest popular stories from Blogger Den's front page.
