Looking to buy a script and wondering if it will work with what I have?

First post here! Definitely a rookie!

I own 2 online texting domain names and would like to make something of them. I don't have really any experience with coding or anything but do have adobe dreamweaver. I'm definitely not capable of writing a website that can send texts to cell phones on my own (this is what I want to do), but would like to buy a script for this. The thing is I don't know anything about scripts. Here is something I've found that LOOKS like it could be good...

I have an apple macbook pro and adobe dreamweaver, and I don't have a server yet. If I purchase this script, will it work with my stuff? Would I need a certain type of server or something to support it? I assume I could use any kind of server if there are some kind of requirements since I don't already have anything) I don't know what PHP4+ is (says it's required) so I'm wondering about that too. Can you guys give me any more advice about this process... any better, cheaper scripts around? How do I know if the script is legit and will work? It would be my first website. I definitely would want to put adsense on the site to make some money off of it (not expecting a whole lot, I know).

I really appreciate any help anybody can give me. I apologize if my questions seem really obvious or stupid but I am an aspiring web entrepreneur and need to start somewhere! Thank you.

From the description, it seems it does what you want. But with that being said, it's a script without a demo and server requirements aren't posted, I would definitely seek more info and cross check with your webpage hosting provider to see if their server meets those requirements before purchasing. See about a demo also, to make sure it works as intended also.
