Looking for writers for my blog

Hi All,

I have a sports site that covers 11 different sports types (NFL, NBA, NHL, Nascar, NCAAF, NCAAB, Cricket, etc) and I am looking for writers for my blog.

Does anyone know where or how I can find people that are willing to write for my blog for free in order to gain experience and add to their portfolio/work history.

I am willing to pay for each post as well once the writer has proven himself/herself, but I can only afford $3.00 for each post that must have a minimum of 250 words.

Try Elance. I have used them in the past for creating material. Takes a while for someone to get good at producing the type of material you want though. It helps to send them stuff you've already created so they can get an idea of your writing style.
