Looking For the WOW Factor

I am currently am helping someone to start a house cleaning business but even with the deepest clean its hard to get that wow factor, as in a gift or a way of memorizing them and makes them stand out from other services, any help would be great.

Are you talking about the name of the company or how the business operates? I was thinking about starting one up as well. I currently clean a Burger King part-time (when im on breaks from school) and I make $40/night; only takes me an hour and 45mins to finish, so I end up making a little over $20/hour. Granted the job is beyond disgusting and a huge pain in the ass, but its $20/hour.. lol

When i walk into a house the first thing that hits you is the smell. To walk into a clean house and have that "clean" smell, i think that is worth a lot. To help seperate your operation i would use cleaners that smell good. Clorox makes my head hurt so maybe use a different cleaner or one that has had fragrances added. One gift idea would be some nice candles. that would go with the good smll thing,and people seem to love candles.
