Looking for tech guru to partner with established startup

Hi there, I'm am looking for someone skilled with a wide range of web coding and to some extent design (although not a requirement) to partner with me in a startup web service called Dormwise. I've built the site and created all the content to take it to it's current state but it needs someone more skilled at coding to help me realise it's full potential.

I have a full business plan, monitisation strategies and interest from some larger retail sites related to college students. To be clear I am not looking for funding, I am looking for someone who is a skilled developer willing to work for free for a fair stake in Dormwise to be negotiated. Send me a PM for more info and feel free to check out the site in it's underdeveloped state at Welcome to DormWise.

    Aw, thank you .

I have a lot of web 2.0-y developments that I am simply not skilled enough to implement. Basic design and coding I'm fine with, beyond that, I'm hopeless .
