here are my two main concerns, i use excel right now but i am looking for any software solution.

basically i have an excel sheet with my products on it.

I need it to be updated from a different data sheet.

basically i need a row to be updated via a unique idea, if that unique i.d. is "11111", then i need it to match up to "11111" of another data sheet and update certain fields of the same row.

I also need a solution to compare to data sheets and point out the differences, if my data sheet has "A" "B" and "D" and the other has "B" "C" and "D", i need the software/excel addon, etc. to show that my sheet is missing "C" and the other sheet is missing "A".

any solutions will be much appreciated.
