Looking for investor to finance my project

Dear Partner,

An LCD projector has various applications. For presenting marketing proposals, for trainings and seminars, for presenting new products etc. For these reasons, manufacturing companies associated with electronics have produced their own concept of LCD projectors (i.e. SONY, PANASONIC, JVC, SAMSUNG etc..).

I have a concept that may hit big time and amaze the world. This is about a PORTABLE LCD PROJECTOR that will overcome the existing and traditional LCD projectors in the market.

Since I don't have the capital to start up this project, I am looking for interested / potential investor that might help me to introduce this "brand new idea" to the world.

Thank you for your comment.

Honestly, there's no formal / official commencement yet. I would like to discuss it personally to any 'potential' investor/ partner. I do not want to disclose the full concept of the project since this is still unprotected and unregistered. Definitely, application for intellectual property right (patent, copyright) and registration will carry out at the same time.

As to the amount of investment, it will depend on the location since we need to know the various costs (i.e. materials, labor cost, bldg rentals etc.). However, if the said project will be decided to manufacture here in our area, only a minimal capital will be needed (approx. US$85,000). In addition, there will be tax holidays / exemptions since this project will be considered as "pioneer" or has an original concept hence, we can save on paying tax proportions.

Another important factor is that, our area is a "tax exempted zone" for all importations and exportation since we're located in an economic zone (Republic Act 7227, as mandated by law). All incoming and outgoing materials and items are TAX AND DUTY FREE.

As to income sharing, interested investor will get 65%, while I am willing to receive the remaining proportion of 35% or it can be negotiated. A silent partner is a business partner who provides capital but does not participate in the management of the company. As much as possible, I want a partner/investor whose willing to give at least a minimal time to be aware of the activities.
