Looking for edgy up-and-coming Graphic Artist

We are working on a national (international in two months) advertising campaign for a big product release.

I'm looking for an up-and-coming graphic artist that is interested in getting some publicity. Does anyone on here know of anyone that may qualify? Further info of what I'm looking for:

* Edgy, Conceptional designs available (including rendered city scapes, etc).
* Already has some renown in the art community.
* Able to work on a time line, and with other team members.
* Comfortable in working alongside professional models and photographers, and in editing (sometimes) risque images and/or video (where applicable).

This is a pretty good opportunity. The closest comparison I can think of is the business relationship of Ed Hardy and Christian Audigier.
