I'm opening a new clothing store in Raleigh, NC(The Triangle) named "Rock Box" It's a pretty competitive market and I need to provide my clients with the latest fashion. Hey, Davy. Just a few questions/suggestions/considerations:

Why did you decide to open a store in a "pretty competitive market?"

What value are you able to provide your customers that 1) your competitors cannot, and 2) is not easily copied?

Why are you entering this competitive market without, as it seems, a solid line of products already?

This isn't meant to criticize your decision, but instead to allow us to provide some help to you.

Can you give us an idea of the types of clothing your looking for? Who is your target customer? What is the style, or theme of your store?

I used to live in Raleigh 2 years ago, and lived there for about 5 years. I hear RTP and the area has grown a whole lot since I left. Would you be interested in endorsements by a local rap artist (because I know one)? What style of clothing are you focusing on?
