I'm looking for a biz writer for my new GEN Y site.. You just have to write 100-200 word "blurbs" from your perspective on things that are happening in the biz world that have an effect on GEN Y..it could be Microsoft launching a new service for college students or something on top young entrepreneurs. Just ideas, so if you are interested plz let me know.

Hi Josh,

First, I admire your desires to get something like this going and actually taking that first step. You have a good concept, so definitely keep on marching on.

I did, however, take a look at your site. In fact, I even joined up!
(better be some good stuff coming my way! )

I'm no web design guru, but I know good design when I see it and your website needs a facelift. First, that banner ad at the very top. Not sure if you're hoping to generate any income from that, but I recommend you remove it an replace it with a good looking logo or banner that reflects your website's mission and theme. I would count ad revenues out for at least 6 months to a year. You have to build your readership first, create good content. In your case, seek others who will contribute good content. Once readers are familiar with your site, then maybe consider ads.

Also, after visiting some of your links, they don't all work or I don't exactly understand what the purpose is. Take the Photo Player Flash. Not sure what that's for.

What I recommend you do is redesign your site as more of a blog. Right now, I hate to tell you this, but it's not very well put together. After taking a further look at some of your other links and the content, it definitely looks like a natural fit for a blog.
