Ameliorate Ltd is currently looking for a new web developer/ designer.
If you can code a newssite you can code this.

We'd like you to:

- Be interested in creating a user-driven, open site;
- Have a background in developing and designing web applications;
- Have strong skills with HTML, CSS, MYSQL and preferably Javascript;
- Be an expert at the ins and outs of cross-browser CSS tweaks
- Love working with and in teams; and
- Be interested in receiving substantial equity.

It'd be great if you:
- Had experience with web design as well as development;
- Were proficient with Photoshop;


You would perform the work of developing and maintaining the site, as well as creating updates when there will be a need for that. A team of 13 individuals will be working daily with the marketing of the site, and more than 35 will be working part time with the marketing
