I am looking for affordable store front property to rent/lease in Calgary Alberta. If anyone has property or knows any commercial land owners. I could really use the assistance.

I'm a web and applications developer. Are you sure you need office space? What I mean is that I thought that too, then I went and asked around and found it too expensive. I have an online business and I don't really require storage space or retail space, etc. A friend of mine knew a guy who ran a Virtual Office, I called him, and it works out.

If you don't need actual space but just need a business front, I highly suggest you try it out. I use a New York Virtual Office. It's $99 a month. I don't believe they have any in Alberta, but I'm sure that you have virtual offices up there. HTH.
