    Smile Looking for advice

I am trying to incorporate my home business, and am wondering if anyone has any advice. I contacted a lawyer, and he wanted alot of money, money that right now i do not have. I came across a couple of these online incorporating websites, and a few of them were in my price range. Have any of you used form-a-corp.com, or incorporationgateway.com. These sites were cheap enough, i just have never heard of them, any feedback would be so appreciated! please respond to my thread if you have any advice!

You could find a corp tutorial and fill out the paperwork yourself. That will save you some money.

Bill, have you checked into incorporate.com? They have been around for many years now, with a good reputation. I've never personally used their services, but would put more weight into it than either of the two you've mentioned (no offense) because of their bigger brand name.
