I'm looking for a mature web designer to work with. I'm in need of a website and I'd like a quality one but I don't have much cash. But I can offer a lot.

I run a Modeling Agency in Ohio(starting up in Jan. of 2007. We will be doing a lot of photo shoots, video shoots, interviews, small magazines, and a lot more. We have a lot of tangiable items that will be out to the public and we'll have A LOT on the net.

What I'm willing to offer(sign contract) is that you make the site and in return you'll get x ammount of advertisements in videos, interviews, magazines, and whatever I can think of. I'm planning on this site actually being a HUGE hit. We are going to be doing a lot of fitness, sexy, and other type of modeling video shoots and they'll all be on Google Video, YouTube, ect.... And we all know sex sells, so your ad will be seen by thousands!
