Looking for a professional web outsourcing company

Hi, my name is tom i run a web design company. We are turning over huge amounts of work and are now looking for a company to outsource work to. We can take on huge amounts of web work but me and my team will only be able to work on so much of it. As a result i'm looking for an outsource company.

I don't mind where in the world you're located so long as you speak good english and you or your firm can complete sometimes complex work to a high standard.

My team are running really well. What i'm looking for is anyone who runs a web firm that want to take any spare work that i have going free on board for their own team. The work is hugely varied and can only really be described on a per job basis.
