My name is Sergio Vulpe, and i am director of “GrupBIZ-SV” S.R.L. company from Moldova, we have worked in agriculture domain with rapeseed collect, last year we have did success exports in Russia of grape, now we decided to find a investor in planting vines, it is one of the best investment in Moldova to our moment and for next 20years, and i would like to retails you some of the details and costs of this investment:
The first of all i would like to tell about land from Moldova, The land from Moldova are very rich in humus components and have a superior components for agriculture and the most of important is that the price for selling are not so big, because the 50% of the people don't have founds to can work on this lands and they sold them, and i would like to tell you that to the moment i have found 320hecatres of land very good for vine plant, on the price of about 1100eur for one hectare, and i bought a 20% of this land, Now our company looking for investor to buy the rest of 80% and to the next investment:
1 plowing it will be ~ 75euro for one hectare (the price is depending of the price of diesel for this moment)
2. cultivation will be 37euro for one hectare
3. planting will be 60eur per 1 hectare
4. picking will be 100eurfor one hectare
5. It will be need some​ fertilizer in the period of growth, 100eur./Ha
6. plant with vine one hectare we will need about 2300 of cuttings, The cost of one good sort of( consumer grape not for wine), cuttings of vine is ~1eur ,

Another investition will be after 3 years in poles and wire installation which will be about 3000eur/Ha

So.. for one hectare in period of 3years we will need to do the next investition:
212 eur/Ha for processing of land + fertilization
2300eur to buy 2300Cuttings
60eur/Ha work for planting
3000eur for installation of poles and wire after 3 years
100eur/Ha for picking the grape

The total cost of investment for one Hectare is about 5700eur in period of 3 years
For 320Ha will be need about 1.824.000 eur (is possible to buy only 150Ha for more low cost of investition)

From one Hectare, after 3 years from period of planting, it can be picking about 12T-15Tone of grape which can be sold there in Moldova at the price of 9000eur in quick mode to local exporters companies, The cost of one Tone of grape the last autumn in Moldova was about 750eur /Tone, in Russia was 1600eur/Tone. (We will can arrange our own export in Russia in the future for quick return of investment) so with the first picking it can be returned investment on 100% and + 50% more,

The first year, after 3 years, from 320ha will pick about 4000Ton which can be sold in Moldova in very quick period at the price of 2.900.000eur

Atention!!! After 3 years will not be need some another investment only processing of land.
And the total income will be about 2,500,000eur pure

The another point is that i have a own building which was build for refrigerator, which have capacity of about 200Mt of grape and the cost of this build is about 200000eur,, if to keep this quantity of grape and to sell it on winter there in Moldova at the price of about 1500eur/Tone

The biggest reson of this investment in Moldova is that we have the big market in Russia, and we do not need many documentation and certificates, and the grape is one of the best buy product for Russia Market,
