Looking for a computer savvy partner

Hey everyone,
i was looking around, and i was hoping to find someone in the toronto area who knows enough about computers to help me start up a online staffing agency. i have an idea and i know it can work i just need help making the site and database for the workflow. i am in the process of researching markets and competitors, i have the idea and how it should be set up and the competitive advantage this agency will have. the only catch is because i have limited funds this would have to be freelance work which the payout will come as profits come. this might not sound very appealing at first however i know that this can take off with the right amount of dedication and hard work. if anyone is interested in working with me or at least talking with me about different ideas feel free to PM me and i will get back to you as soon as i can.

Are you sure, you really need someone?
Do you know wordpress.org ? It's easy and might be able to handle your requirements.
drupal.org is more difficult but can pretty much handle everything.
Maybe something like ning.com would be enough as well?
