Looking for 1 - 2 Partners Good at Sales

Hello all!

I am a website designer from a small town in Pennsylvania. I am looking to take on some what of a partner or 2. I don’t know if they would be called a partner, but they would be their own boss, work from home and use their own techniques and would only get paid the money they earn from a sale. You would not have any real ownership or be considered an employee until the company is strong enough to finance us both as a full time job. But you would earn your fair share; if your good at it you could make some great money.

I'm willing to train and teach you in web design features and let you know my limitations once we get to talk. That will let you know how you approach the customer and answer some of their questions.

Here are the two positions:

SALES MANAGER / PARTNER

I am seeking a sales manger to represent our company over the telephone and in person. You will be responsible for making sales calls to potential clients and offering our services to them. You will use your own method \to make contact with new clients, then either make the sale or redirect them to me if they have technical questions about our service.

You will be paid 20-30% of every sale, depending on profit made from sale. The company always makes 50% and I make 20-30% myself.


MARKETING DIRECTOR / PARTNER

RongDesign! is seeking a person who has great skills with Internet Marketing such as blog marketing, email marketing and other similar strategies. You would be responsible for using the Internet's many free services to advertise RongDesign!.

You will be paid 20-30% of every sale driven in from your marketing strategies, depending on profit made from sale. The company always makes 50% and I make 20-30% myself.

Looking for a 16 year old web design partner? I could teach you some of my skills too.
I'm a creative good designer, got good experience though I'm having a hard time advertising my services, since I haven't put up a online portfolio yet. It will come up some day. I have no experience in business sales and anything really that's why I'm searching for a partner who could teach me some.

I do not have an age limit. I am only 22, own my home and work out of it. I think this is a good opportunity for any age.

I just can't talk well on the phone, I start getting to technical and frustrated like all geeks.
