    Lonely at top ?

They say, "It is lonely at top". Would you still like to reach the
    top...in whatever you do ?

It is lonely at the top. So use your money to make Clubs/Bars and become un lonely!

Its only lonely at the top because you need to focus all you energy on reaching the top, and family, friends, etc get lost while you plug away climbing the latter.

Is there really a top? i dont think it ever ends? millions to billions to trillions and on and on

I have to agree to this - the thing about making a lot of money is that you have to block out everything else to do it. I'm an 18 yr old making more money than 98% of the US population, but it comes at a cost:

Meeting quality people takes time and energy. Usually the people you just 'stumble into' aren't people you want to be friends with. Since I moved to a place where I don't know anyone 8 months ago, my social life hasn't been very gratifying (and almost non-existent at all). I've opted to say 'fuck everyone my age' until they all grow up. Girls are all the same and guys are morons.............

Then again I am in Tennessee....

Thanks akro for your kind comments.

Yes in a way there is never a top. It just keeps shifting.
    How true.

Smile Is that even a question?

Of course I would like to reach the top!
Throughout my life, I have had to give up many forms of socializing in order to achieve. I gradually dropped many of my middle school friends when I got into High Technology High School, rated number 1 in New Jersey. Sometimes, it's best to rid yourself of certain types of people because they will only pull you down in their misery. Remember the old adage, Travel Light, Travel Far...plus, who says you can't make friends with others who, like you, have reached the top. Just follow your dreams and everything will fall in place.

    Best of luck!

Its lonely at the top sometimes because your level of thinking is different from most people.

For example, employees' mindset is different from the owners' mindset. A CEO thinking is different from an administrator.

In order to unlonely yourself is to network with people who are also at the same level as yours.

1- My advice is to keep yourself adaptable to people. Copy what Bill Clinton does. He can talk to you as if he's the same level as you are. If you want to be very good at the top, you must be able to communicate with different kind of people.

Don't talk about visions and how you are going to execute it because not everyone is at the top. Its like comparing orange to apple.

2- To unlonely myself, I keep on networking with the top people. Also I keep on communicating with different people and do the best I can to learn something about them. I talked to brokers, accountant, financial analyst, real-estate brokers, lawyers, and so on....

3-The second advice is to be a Go-Giver. When you talk to people, find out how you can help their business grow, or how they can do better at their career, and so on...

I hope it helps for people who wants to be on the top and stay on the top.

Of course, it's almost everyone's goal to reach the top. I would like to say that I think it's wiser to keep the friends you have, the good ones.

Everyone wanted to reach the top. The most important thing is, you must know how to handle your responsibilities between your happiness and your responsibilities.
