London partner

Hi everybody,

I am a french entrepreneur
I am currently looking for a partner in London for a business already created in Paris and I hope this forum will help me to find the right person.
The business I am doing is basically to help french people who want to live in London. It's increasing quite a lot and that's why I am looking for a partner in order to find more partnerships there, especially with recruitment agencies.
The person I am looking for to be partner will receive the customers and will meet new partners we could find for the business.
It will be a part-time job at the beginning (so could be extra hours apart from a job) but my partner will earn money from the first month he will be working with us. Experience in recruitment agencies will be strongly appreciated. French speaking could be a plus but not entirely necesary.
