Are there legal issues with offering loans over the net? Can loan documents be sent to people who are intrested and then all they have to do is provide their information, sign it and then return it for review and process? Then once their credit is approved then a loan check can then be issued and sent out to the person. The way I see it is that its ok. But am unsure if this is a safe method.
