Hello,

I have been running a partnership (record label) in S. Florida for 3 years now. We have decided to either go with LLC or C Corp. for our business. My partners family has wanted to help investing and also working with our company. We are looking at preparing another business which would be a recording studio for our artists. My main concern is with our company "Record Label" would we be able to have the "Recording Studio" under either our C Corp. or LLC? or would it be a better bet at just making either one its own entity.
