Little Italian Restaurant

Hello,

I need some help, feedback, anything that can help me.

I want to open a little italian restaurant 10 tables top, very nice deco, homie. My idea is to cook just meat's, chicken, fish, not your typical italian food sold everywhere pasta and pizza..!!!

where do you want to open this restaurant? is it in Managua, Nicaragua, or are you planning on opening it somewhere else? While cooking only meats would be something that would make your restaurant different I think the limited menu would be a turn off for some potential customers. For example if a family wants to come to your restaurant but there is one family member who is a vegetarian they will end up choosing a restaurant that offers things other then meat. I would be interested in hearing how much you have researched this idea?

Sorry, i had to be a little more specific, there will be salads and yes it could include some vegi pasta.. yes it would be in Nicaragua, there is not a lot of vegetarians here..!
